Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase included.
To start a return, contact us at Schomescents@gmail.com. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom/personalised products. Certain hygiene or hazardous items may also be non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU Customers
Customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Refunds
